    Everyone gets nightmares at one point or another. Maybe you had them as a little child, or maybe you have them as adults. Nightmares have no age limits if you really think about it. They are normally caused by fear, but it can also be caused by anxiety or despair. I, for one, know about nightmares caused by fear and anxiety. Now you must be wondering what does this have to do with the story. You will know after you read this.    It was a day like any other I wake up, get dress, go to school, then go home. Of course I also eat and do other things, but it is still the same tedious routine over and over. Until it comes to the dreaded time.

      There are those     Who break your heart    Shatter it inot a million shards   You try to fix it yourself  Don't you know your not alone  There are those who can  Put it back together   To fix it up and help   All you have to do   Is open up    And let them    Come     Right      In
